Last updated: July 2026. Plain-language summary of how we handle your data and the terms of working with us.
What we collect. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email (if provided), and any message details you share. We don't collect this information anywhere else on the site — there's no hidden tracking.
How we use it. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver services if you choose to work with us. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored. Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, before reaching our inbox. We recommend reviewing Formspree's own privacy policy for details on their handling of submitted data.
Client project data. If you become a client, any business data we access while building your automation (customer lists, WhatsApp conversations, ad account access, etc.) is used solely to deliver the agreed service and is not shared with other clients or third parties.
Your rights. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
Engagement. Work begins only after a written quote or proposal has been agreed. Verbal discussions during the audit call are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Payment. Payment terms (including any milestone-based splits) are specified in your individual quote. Meta Ads or other third-party ad spend is billed separately and paid directly by you to the ad platform — we don't hold or mark up ad budgets.
Ownership. Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables built specifically for your business (bots, dashboards, workflows). Any underlying tools, templates, or frameworks we reuse across clients remain our intellectual property.
Support & AMC. Ongoing support (AMC) is a separate, optional monthly retainer. Without an active AMC, we're not obligated to maintain or fix a project after the initial handover period.
Liability. We take reasonable care in building and testing every automation, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime for third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, hosting providers) outside our control. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party platform outages.
Changes. We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
